Purpose
This policy defines what ConceptCare may and may not be used for. It applies to every workspace member, API key and automated agent acting on a workspace's behalf.

Acceptable use
The rules every workspace, API key and AI agent on ConceptCare must follow.

Permitted use
Admissions follow-up, student support, result analysis, academic operations and fee communication for institutes that hold the right to process the data involved.

Prohibited content
No unlawful, harassing, discriminatory or deceptive content, and no material that exploits or endangers minors. Student communication must remain respectful and accurate.

Data you may connect
Only connect data your institute is entitled to process. Do not upload payment card numbers, government identity documents or health records unless a signed agreement covers them.

Human oversight
Agents must not be configured to make consequential decisions about a student — admission refusal, disciplinary outcomes, scholarship denial — without human review.

Messaging conduct
Outbound messages must honour consent and opt-out requests, respect quiet hours and comply with the messaging rules of the channel used.

Platform integrity
No attempts to bypass permissions, extract other tenants' data, reverse engineer models, resell capacity or run load beyond the plan's documented limits.

Enforcement
We may suspend an agent, key or workspace that creates legal risk or harms other customers, and will notify administrators with the reason and remediation steps.
