Refund and cancellation

How subscriptions are billed, how to cancel and when fees can be refunded.

01

Billing cycles

Subscriptions are billed in advance per the order form — monthly or annually. Usage above the included AI request volume is billed in arrears per thousand requests.

02

Trials

Where a trial is offered, no payment is taken until the trial ends. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents any charge.

03

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from workspace billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no further invoices are issued after that.

04

Refunds

Prepaid subscription fees are refundable within 14 days of the first payment of a new plan when the platform has not been substantially used. Overage and usage fees already incurred are not refundable.

05

Downgrades

Plan downgrades apply from the next billing period. Data above the lower plan's limits remains available for export for 30 days.

06

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry and notify workspace administrators. Repeated failures may suspend AI execution while data stays intact.

07

Service interruption

Where a confirmed service credit applies under the order form, it is issued as account credit rather than a cash refund unless the law requires otherwise.

08

How to request

Send refund or cancellation requests from the workspace billing page or by contacting our team; requests are answered within five business days.
